Halls Hardy Almond (Prunus dulcis) produces medium-sized, sweet almonds with soft shells, typically harvested in early fall. It is a hardy, upright tree that reaches a mature height of 15-18 feet with a spread of 12-15 feet, suitable for cooler climates. This variety is self-pollinating (self-fertile). Best grown in full sun. It is known for its cold tolerance and reliable nut production.
